    Fully Remote Role - Fulltime / Flexible Working Hours


    We are seeking an Oustsourcing Specialist - Income Reconciliation to provide income reconciliation services for our client as the continue to expand and grow our outsourced income reconciliation team.

    As an Outsourcing Specialist - Income Reconciliation you will be responsible for ensuring accurate income reconciliation for multiple clients, this will entail downloading and importing commission statements and matching these, managing bank statements and identifying missing income and chasing this down, allocating fees, working with clients to close month end and producing reports.

    Minimum of 2 years experience of working within a financial services environment


    • Knowledge of the income reconciliation functionality in some/all CRMs (Intelliflo Office, Curo, Xplan-CommPay, Enable)
    • Good understanding of commission statements, policies, and payment types
    • The ability to manage and prioritise own workloads taking into account multiple client accounts
