Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Support Consultant
Salary:
£100k
Location:
Manchester/ London/ Cheltenham (100% office based)
Security clearance is required for this position however you are not required to currently hold any clearance.
Responsibility
- Manage Oracle ERP support for customers
- Manage customer expectations through change and issues lifecycle
- Manage a team of support consultants providing guidance in technical development of support
- Support in the design of technological solutions for customers and ensure best practices approaches, tools and templates are used
- Overseeing Oracle ERP SRs ensuring they are managed correctly with Oracle.
- Fully document all solutions developed

- Expert across multiple ERP modules
