Job Description:

We arelooking for a skilled IT Support Engineer specializing in CyberEngineering to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer CyberEngineering you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensiveinfrastructure support internal support and remote customersupport. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding ofcybersecurity principles and technologies coupled with expertise infirewalls access points VLANs switches networking serveradministration and cloud platforms such as AWS Azure andGCP.

Responsibilities:

1.Providecomplete infrastructure support including cybersecurity measurestroubleshooting maintenance and optimization of ITsystems.

2.Offer internal support to employeesaddressing their ITrelated issues promptly and effectively with afocus on cybersecurity.

3.Deliver remote customersupport ensuring timely resolution of technical issues andinquiries related to cybersecurity and ITinfrastructure.

4.Configure install and maintainfirewalls access points VLANs switches and other networkingequipment with a strong emphasis on securityprotocols.

5.Implement and manage cybersecuritymeasures to protect organizational assets anddata.

6.Administer servers ensuring their smoothoperation security compliance and resilience against cyberthreats.

7.Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto design and implement cybersecurity solutions and addresstechnical challenges.

8.Monitor network trafficfor security breaches and intrusionsand implement necessarymeasures to mitigate risks.

9.Documentcybersecurity procedures configurations and incident responses tofacilitate compliance and futurereference.

10.Stay updated on emergingcybersecurity threats technologies and industry best practices tocontinuously improve IT infrastructure and supportservices.

KeySkills:

1.Proficiency in configuring and managingfirewalls access points VLANs switches and other networkingequipment with a focus on cybersecurity.

2.Strongunderstanding of networking principles protocols and cybersecuritymeasures.

3.Experience in server administrationincluding installation configuration and maintenance with anemphasis on cybersecurity.

4.Familiarity withcloud platforms such as AWS Azure and GCP and experience inimplementing cybersecurity measures in cloudenvironments.

5.Excellent troubleshooting skillswith the ability to diagnose and resolve cybersecurityrelatedissues efficiently.

6.Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively withboth technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.

7.Proven ability to workindependently as well as collaboratively within ateam.

8.Certifications such as Cisco CertifiedNetwork Associate (CCNA) and any relevant cloud certifications aredesirable.

Educationand Experience:

Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field orequivalent experience with a Diploma orBCA.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in ITsupport cybersecurity or a similar role.

Relevantcertifications and training in networking cybersecurity serveradministration and cloud platforms areadvantageous.

Salary: Upto 50k INR pm
