    £25,000-£27,000

    We are looking for an Administrator to join a small friendly team. You would be office based in Eynsham, working Mon-Thurs 8am-5.30pm and Fri 8am-5pm with a salary of £25,000-£27,000. There are 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays and pension available.

    Our client provides sales, service, repair and contract hire of different industrial and commercial cleaning equipment. They have a varied client base of small to large businesses across the UK and have been established for over 20 years.

    We are looking for an Administrator with previous experience, who can pick up new systems quickly and efficiently. You should be able to work on your own initiative and have good communication skills. It is a small supportive team, that enjoys some good-natured banter whilst getting the job done.

    Administrator duties (to include but not exhaustive)
    • Answering calls and emails and providing excellent customer service
    • Aiding with website content/ebay shop/social media
    • Administration for machine hire/repairs etc
    • Assisting with scheduling of work for engineers
    • Arranging couriers/despatch of parts to customers
    • Other general administrator tasks as required
