Purchase Ledger ClerkAn experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join our client's well-established business.
The role is offered on a permanent, part time basis - approximately 20 hours per week across 4 or 5 days and is office based.
You will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the purchase ledger for the business and assisting the accounts team as necessary.
Duties include:
- Coding, matching and checking of invoices.
- Invoice processing, including international invoices.
- Checking and reconciling statements.
- Dealing with supplier enquiries.
- Setting up new supplier accounts.
- Processing petty cash and business expense claims.
- Collating and inputting all credit card transaction receipts.
- Assist with month end close.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years' previous purchase ledger/accounts experience and be comfortable to stay at this level, be IT literate with excellent organisation and communication skills.
Job Types:

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
