    Our client is a best in class Legal practice seeking to engage an ambitious Senior Associate Solicitor to their established and celebrated firm in Lincolnshire.     As a Senior Associate you will play a pivotal role in the achievements of the departments objectives and goals. You will actively support the development and success of the client base and niche areas of practice.

    The role

    ·Responsible for due diligence and disclosure of transactional projects, including the supervision of more junior colleagues.

    ·Provide support and assistance in a busy and developing department.

    ·Conduct all matters in the client's best interests and in accordance with the highest professional standards and applicable "quality" standards at all times.

    ·Deal with share and business acquisitions and sales, MBOs, rights issues, joint venture and shareholders' agreements, restructuring, reorganisations, and corporate governance.

    ·Deal with enquiries from potential clients, colleagues, and existing clients promptly to ensure that all business opportunities are dealt with professionally and to the satisfaction of the client or enquirer.

    ·Achieve both individual and team targets and objectives, as agreed with the Department Head.

    About you

    ·Bring a commercial acumen that stands you apart, positioning you as an invaluable source of advice and support for clients.

    ·Be a technically strong legal professional who is able to quickly identify potential issues and provide compelling solutions.

    ·Have an ability to communicate, to work collegiately and independently and able to build relationships with clients and referrers, both internally and externally.

    ·Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    Requirements

    ·Between 2 and 7 years Post Qualified Experience.

    ·Excellent time and matter management skills.

    ·Excellent drafting and communication skills are essential.

    ·Ability to adopt a commercial, as well as a legal, approach to clients' issues.
