    Experience in a managerial role within the bar or restaurant industry.
    Proven success in team management and operational improvements.
    Assist the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and operational efficiency.
    Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
    Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, reservation management, and table seating arrangements.

    Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations.

    Monitor restaurant cleanliness and appearance, conducting regular inspections and coordinating with staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

    Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.

    Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance overall restaurant performance.

    Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance among staff members. Previous experience working in a hospitality management role, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures, reservation systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the business.
