Description
Collaborate with business owners across all segments of the European finance function to understand their current processes.

  • Support the creation of process library within ESG finance.
  • Perform periodic quality audits and selfassessment exercise to ensure the designed internal controls are in place.
  • Support in the coordination of the Solvency II planning between finance and risk.
  • Help design and facilitate formal and informal training for different audiences on the importance of quality.
  • Work closely alongside internal teams to embed the control framework.

Experience required:

  • Qualified Accountant with strong background in internal controls.
  • Ability to work to challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Results orientated with a drive for continuous improvement.
