Zachary Daniels are extremely excited to be working with one of the worlds largest multi-product retailers & they are most definitely a house hold name

For this role our client is looking for someone who has business to business experience, a true trading mentality and who prides themselves on building, nurturing and maintaining partner relationships.

You will need to be a team player and have the ability to work collaboratively to drive sales at order book value for the business.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Manage key accounts order books
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
  • Trade through best sellers
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels for partners
  • Manage the delivery process for partners
  • Placing rebuys
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Buying and Merchandising
  • Update Sales weekly on order book value and the delivery schedule of orders
  • Ensure that deadlines, deliveries and newness all align to key launch dates or campaigns
  • Working through delays and cancellations with partners & suppliers
  • Communicate any new orders or exclusive requests to internal teams

What we are looking for:

  • 18months 2+ years experience
  • Clear & concise communicator


  • Excel experienced: V

  • Looks, Pivot Tables, Data Dumping & Formulas
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Good relationship builder
  • Ability to work under pressure
