Global E&C have a requirement for a Survey Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis in Aberdeen.

As Survey Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring client deliverables are provided on time, to budget and to client expectations. Reporting directly to the Survey & Design Manager your duties will include:

• Providing daily support to Surveyors.
• Ensuring effective utilisation of labour and equipment, including servicing and calibration.
• Communicating with the onshore Engineering team to ensure scope is fully understood.
• Providing ad-hoc reports to clients and senior management.
• Checking and delivering key site information obtained by the surveyors to support the preparation of engineering documents to support the delivery of client.

The above shall be achieved by application of competent technical knowledge and experienced gained via qualification and experience and will involve preparation of the following, but not limited to: -

• Site Sketches
• Dimension Control Scan Data
• Validation of proposed modifications
• Scan Databases
• Existing Isometrics

To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate:

• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering and demonstrable experience in a survey role.
• Experience of Dimensional Control techniques, software, and equipment.
• Experience in Offshore Design Site Survey (Piping/Structural).
• Basic constructability knowledge and awareness.
• Working and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of industry standards, procedures, and processes.
