    An excellent opportunity for an Area General Manager / Account Manager to join a leading FM service provider.

    This is a field based role requiring leadership, management, and development across the contracts, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.

    Ensure that contracts provide a healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented

    Development of financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.

    Proven track record within the facilities management industry.
    Managerial experience at Contract / Account Manager or above within technical and or hard services is essential.
    The development and review of teams, appraisal, and the application of effective people management practice.
    Organised, able to prioritise and deliver within high pressure, business critical environments.
    Ability to gain trust and support of top-level management and key client decision makers.
    Strong financial skills.
