Inside Sales ManagerCantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Manager to join our client based in Ascot.
The successful Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the work of inside sales team to ensure continued profitable growth
- Coaching, training, and developing team
- Evaluating and monitoring account managers performances using targets and KPIs
- Motivating team of inside account managers and promoting positive, proactive culture
- Executing sales analysis, preparing sales reports and suggesting improvements
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Preparing regular internal reports including stock, backorders, and performance
- Using all available data and reports to ensure all orders are processed and shipped in the quickest possible time and customers are always kept informed
- Using customer feedback to generate ideas and feedback market trends about new features or product requirements
The Inside Sales Manager will have:
- Experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Understanding of channel and/or indirect sales
- Hands on experience with and understanding of CRM software and MS Office
- Indepth understanding of sales processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven coaching, mentoring and team management skills to enable team to excel in their roles
- Business level language skills and understanding of IT equipment end user demands
- Ability to demonstrate a customer first approach and proactive in resolving any challenges faced with
