Electricity North West has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Civil Clerk of Works to join our inclusive team.

This full-time Clerk of Works / Civil Project Organiser role is based in Stockport and offers a salary of up to £38,790.48 p/a and excellent benefits.

As a Civil Project Organiser you will support delivery of a wide range of building and civil projects across the Electricity Transmission and Distribution Network, including the installation and refurbishment of substation buildings, equipment support structures, flood protection schemes and security systems.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

Monitor progress against programme, producing regular status reports
Complete condition inspections on civil assets to determine future work programmes
Inspection of all materials and work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Compilation of detailed snagging reports and coordination of subsequent remedial works.

You will also need:
- experience in a similar supervisory or quality checking role within the construction industry or utilities environment
- excellent Commercial, Project Management and organisational skills
