Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Direct Debit payments
- Manage the team inbox
- Liaise with credit control to notify and resolve issues
- Process refunds
- Bank cheques
- Producing letters
- Preparing and submitting payments
- Updating the team spreadsheet
- Post
- Keeping the finance system up to date
- Supporting teams with queries
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Accounts / Finance experience (desirable)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- IT literate able to have the confidence to learn new systems
