Description
As Maintenance Assistant you will be part on the on-site maintenance team responsible for the below duties:

  • Provide a customer facing highly responsive maintenance service to the Leeds site
  • Undertake a wide range of minor repairs, cleaning and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out quickly and efficiently to a high standard
  • Assist and work on fabric repairs, painting, patch plastering, ceiling repairs, wall protection, glazing replacement, flooring repairs, electrical maintenance and repairs, fitting new flexes and plug tops to equipment, lamp cleaning and replacement, minorelectrical repairs within the capability of the individual and portable appliance testing
