Are you an experienced Lettings Manager looking to join a company offering exceptional earnings, benefits and career progression?

Our clients, a successful estate agency with offices across the country are seeking an experienced property professional to join their team in Sunbury-on-Thames as a Senior Lettings Manager.

The successful Senior Lettings Manager will be offered:

Up to £36,000 Basic

- £50,000 OTE

Continuous career progression and training

Senior Lettings Manager requirements:

Estate agency experience
Experience in management
UK driving license and access to own car
Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
High organisational skills
Targetdriven

Duties of a Senior Lettings Manager will include, but not be limited to:

Grow and maintain the company's local market share
Manage staff performance and motivation
Maximise revenues and branch profit
Build strong working relationships with clients

Working hours:

8:45 am 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
10:00 am 3:00 pm on alternative Saturdays
