Have you got experience in a legal firm in a HR capacity or you're looking to get in to HR?Do you have numerical & literacy skills?

The role:
- Helping collate payroll and send to the payroll team
- Assist the head of HR with HR duties.
- Assist with inductions and recruitment.
- Monitor and update the HR system for absences and holidays etc (experience with BrightHR preferable)
- Assist with other areas of the business, i.e. covering reception when needed
- Report to the SRA
- Provide general HR Admin support
- Plus more
The person:
- Resilient
- Knowledge of SRA & Legal terminology
- Good communication skills both written & verbal
- HR not important but HR knowledge would be advantageous.
- Well organised
The details:
- Monday-Friday
- Up to £43000 (depending on experience)
- Mostly office based with some work from home days possible
