    HVAC Service and Maintenance Engineer

    West Midlands

    Up to £42,000 + Company Van + Overtime

    T2M are currently recruiting a Service and Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a HVAC specialist who designs, installs and commissions HVAC systems across the UK. As a Service and Maintenance Engineer you will be helping to achieve operational excellence, ensuring all planned preventative and reactive maintenance is carried out. maintaining full functionality of HVAC systems.

    Key Responsibilities as a Service and Maintenance Engineer

    • Service, maintenance and fault finding of:

    -Split, VRV and VRF systems.

    -GHP Units.

    -AHU Burner / boiler systems.

    • Leak testing of refrigerant systems.
    • Recovery and charging of refrigerant systems.
    • Completing and signing off service reports for F-Gas and Gas Safe testing.
    • Travelling to sites and liaising with clients on required works.
    • Managing time and workload including van/tools.

    Requirements to be a successful Service and Maintenance Engineer

    • Service and maintenance experience of a variety of HVAC systems.
    • Experience leak testing, recovering and charging refrigerant systems.
    • F-Gas Qualification.
    • Commercial gas qualification desirable.
    • Clear communicator, able to work well with colleagues, customers and contractor.
    • Clean driving license.
    • CSCS Skilled Worker or Supervisor card (Or ECS card if electrically biased).
    • Installation experience desirable.

    This role will be based from home with a company vehicle, travelling to company sites, therefore a UK Driving License is a requirement.

    There is a salary of circa £40,000 available depending on experience, alongside a company van and other company benefits, with significant overtime available too - offering a fantastic earning potential.
