Responsibilities:

Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom materials, resources, and learning activities, ensuring accessibility for students with additional needs.
Support individual students or small groups with their learning, providing targeted support and intervention as required.
Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing among students.

Requirements:

A passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Empathy, patience, and resilience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Previous experience working in an educational or support role, particularly within a primary school setting, is advantageous but not essential.
