Classroom Support Assistant (Full-Time)

£80 - £90 per day (PAYE)

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom materials, resources, and learning activities, ensuring accessibility for students with additional needs.
- Support individual students or small groups with their learning, providing targeted support and intervention as required.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing among students.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Empathy, patience, and resilience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Previous experience working in an educational or support role, particularly within a primary school setting, is advantageous but not essential.
