My client is looking for a customer service focused Mobile Support Technician. You'll be assisting businesses with the set up and maintenance of mobile applications and devices.

This is a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 role onsite, so well suited to professionals from a technical help background who are looking for a better work life balance, and are excited to work directly with a company product, delivering excellent customer service.

12 month contract
~£Work life balance – no shift rotations, this will be business hours Monday to Friday
~ Great experience within a huge tech project in the public sector

Strong general knowledge of mobile phones, how to set them up, show people how to use them etc
Maintenance of end user accounts / applications
Technical help via telephone/email/face to face
