- Lead and manage the English department, providing guidance and support to teachers
- Develop and implement an engaging and rigorous English curriculum

- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Teaching certification and significant teaching experience
- Proven experience as a Head of English or in a similar leadership role
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum

This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the English department and driving academic excellence within the subject.
