    As the Private Client Trust and Tax Manager, you will handle a variety of crucial tasks centered around the management of trusts, estates, and their beneficiaries.

    You will also oversee a team of junior staff, guiding the daily delivery of private client services to a diverse portfolio of individual clients.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee and enhance the delivery of personal tax advisory work, including drafting reports and leading client discussions.
    Manage a client portfolio predominantly involving trusts and estates, addressing multiple sources of income and gains.
    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating complex tax technical information to non-experts.
    Drive the delivery of one-off advisory and compliance assignments.
    Mentor and provide technical training to team members to foster their development and enhance team performance.
    Implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the team.
