Lennox Recruitment is currently working with an industry leading recruitment agency who specialises within the White Collar, professional services sector.

We have 2 opportunities for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our client who are based on the London/ Surrey Border.

The client:

• Industry leading agency, a team of 25 staff currently, specialising in recruiting various White Collar staff within the Professional Services sector on both a permanent and long term contract basis.
• Commission 15% -30% on all placements
• 80% of their clients are FTSE 100 companies
• The Top Biller billed £600k
• Base salaries between £30-£50k plus private healthcare, pension, company incentives and team events etc
• 46 days annual leave each year
• 3-4 days REMOTE WORKING EVERY WEEK
• WARM or HOT DESK – you will be given existing clients to get you started.
• Office based on the London/ Surrey border

Senior Recruitment Consultant – International Desk either Europe or the US
Hours 8am -5pm Monday to Friday
Experience – We can ONLY consider candidates who have recently recruited White Collar staff within the Professional Services sector before such as Finance/ Accountancy/ HR/ Project Managers etc

Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant
Hours 8am -5pm Monday to Friday
HOT DESK – typically bills between £250k-£400k per year
Experience – We can ONLY consider candidates who have recently recruited within the Financial Services sector (Banking clients) before
