Internal Account Manager (Office based)
We have an exciting opportunity to join a Buckinghamshire client as an Internal Account Manager.

  • Office based
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00, with a onehour lunch break
- £25,000 per annum


Salary:

DOE

The role

  • Responding to requests for information.
  • Working closely with company directors and other staff
  • Providing quotations and advise on our products customers.
  • Securing and processing orders
  • Completing Technical drawings via CAD (Full training is given for this in house)
  • Taking card payments over the phone.
- **- **Looking for opportunities to up sell and ensure the customer is fully aware of all products/services


The person

  • 2+ years' sales and customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills and Strong literacy skills
  • Confidence and a willingness to learn
  • Selfmotivated attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service
