Customer Services Exec

(Home Based with one day a month in the office)


Our clients are looking for an outstanding customer services agent to join their team predominantly home based with occasional or monthly meetings taking place in their central London offices so you must be able to get into Liverpool Street for those.

Alsotraining is two to three weeks and again London based.

All equipment supplied along with an excellent introduction and training programme

Short working hours are 35 per week

Outstanding holiday entitlement of six weeks plus Bank Holidays

The Role

Dealing with day-to-day queries from a wide range of clients in the b2b or independant business arena

Proving first class customer care and ensuring all issues are resolved

Providing advice on various avenues the client can take and prices of services

Working closely with Customer Services Team Leader and Managers

Be confident and able to demonstrate an excellent level of care and customer services

Ideally experience working to SLAs and KPIs
