We are recruiting a new Project Manager for our client in Hull. The client is an interior fit out contractor who specialize in shopfitting projects across the UK.

They have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out projects across the sector for some leading retail clients.

Many of these clients are large food retailers such as Waitrose, Co-op, WHSmith, Sainsbury's etc... They offer flexible, hybrid working but regular travel is required to sites across the UK.

They are looking for a Project Manager with experience of running interiors fit out projects of various sizes. Travel and flexibility will be required as projects can be nationwide. But this is a flexible company who offer hybrid working with a mix of home, office and site.

You will oversee the planning, co-ordination and control of all projects assigned to you from inception to the completion of all snagging and will control project timescales, costs and progress and keep the Senior Management Team informed of these.

Monitor appropriate labour and site management specific to the project

• Control and analysis of labour costs alongside the QS
• Collate, manage and sign off snagging works completed by project support team
• Responsible for site health and safety from pre-contract stage through to project completion
• Promote commercial awareness for on-site projects
• Ensure quality of workmanship in line company expectations
• Deliver projects to agreed program of works
• A passion for delivering a professional service and quality product
• Must have good IT skills - Microsoft skills including Excel and Project
• Professional qualification in project management desirable
• Experience of working on interior fit out projects ideally in the shopfitting sector
