    About the Role

    As a Revenue Operations Associate at , you will play a key role in enhancing the operational efficiency and performance of our sales and GTM teams. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to analyse performance metrics, optimise business processes, and support key initiatives such as revenue growth strategies and GTM technology selection. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and process-driven, who can move fast and deliver on several initiatives that drive efficient revenue growth and operational excellence.

    Responsibilities

    • Support sales and revenue operations leaders on key initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth, operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Analyse data using internal and external sources and provide insights to sales leadership to support decision-making
    • Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management activities to ensure accurate revenue projections
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the revenue organisation
    • Support sales team members with CRM system usage and report generation
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, marketing, finance, and operations, to optimise sales processes and enhance sales performance
    • Participate in sales leadership meetings and provide analytical support to address sales-related challenges and opportunities
    • Coordinate and facilitate weekly sales calls and monthly business reviews (MBRs), ensuring timely preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
    • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets and Tableau
    • Proficient in Salesforce, or other CRM systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
