    The role will play a pivotal part in supporting our business growth, rolling out our L&D strategy, raising the bar of professional development, supporting and driving learning engagement amongst our colleagues.

    Talent Development Partner,

    you will be responsible for defining, developing and executing the Learning & Development strategy for Bulgari Hotel London focusing on people development, service excellence and talent retention.

    You will have previous experience in skills mapping, designing learning journeys to help drive an effective learning agenda that supports business outcomes.

    You will possess strong project management and communication skills and you will be able to thrive in a fast-growing paced environment.

    Partner with leaders to understand learning needs and develop tailored development plans.
    Design and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and learning experiences.
    Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
    Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate them into our programs.
    Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development.
    A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable talent development initiatives.

    We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.

    Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
