    Portfolio Manager

    London / Hybrid

    Up to £45,000

    Portfolio Manager to join a leading digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various digital marketing projects and campaigns. You will be responsible for the account management of key clientele, offering an exceptional consultative experience whilst ensuring deliverables are met.

    Some of what you will be doing:

    · Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of client objectives.

    · Cultivate strong relationships with clients by coordinating closely with the team to meet their specific needs and requirements.

    · Foster a collaborative environment among team members to optimise project efficiency.

    · Facilitate cross-channel management to ensure seamless integration.

    · Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients, providing insightful analysis and recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

    · Coordinate and participate in client meetings and calls.

    · Ensure accountability among stakeholders by monitoring task completion and deliverables.

    · Develop compelling performance review presentations.

    · Identify opportunities for optimisation and business growth, contributing to overall client success.

    · Uphold established business systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.

    Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

    · Proven experience in digital project management within a marketing agency or similar environment.

    · Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

    · Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

    · Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

    · Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
