Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work within the required working patterns to maintain good customer engagement.
  • Ability to support customers with training, work placements, employment, and postemployment (inwork support).
  • Ability to meet deadlines by being target driven and able to handle KPIs and stretching targets.
  • Ability to be persuasive and reengaging customer back onto the programme.
  • Ability to support customers who are in work by sharing live vacancies and maintaining regular contact with them in line with the service level agreement.
  • Ability to asses' customers personal needs and assign them to the correct services.
  • Ability to accurately capture up to date customer information and create a forecast of performance milestones.
  • Ability to collate evidence and upload it onto the Customer Service System to keep customers information up to date.
  • Provide support to customers and enable them to sustain employment through good practice, by supporting them to overcome any foreseen barriers.
  • Ability to provide customers with quality and constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
  • Must have experience of completing administrative tasks with high levels of organisation and planning.
  • The role will require working 6 days a week with a predetermined rota agreed in advance to suit our customer's availability, this will include working on a Saturday for up to 4 hours_.
  • Must demonstrate previous experience and confidence with working in a target driven environment.
  • Must have strong communication skills, conflict management and negotiation skills.
  • Must be resourceful innovative and have a positive outlook.
  • Must be a team player and supportive of colleagues.
  • Empathetic to vulnerable and atrisk adults and have a strong desire to help.
  • Computer, Data Entry and MS Office skills

£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
