    BlackRock Aladdin Data is entrusted with maintaining all data integral to the investment decision process for BlackRock the house and our proprietary Aladdin end-to-end investment platform.

    Aladdin Data closely partners with its stakeholders, such as Portfolio Management, Global Capital Markets, Relationship Management, Portfolio Compliance, Risk Analytics, Regulatory Reporting, and others, to ensure their business data needs are met accurately, timely, and efficiently.

    As a global team, Aladdin Data has presence across 12 offices in 8 countries, servicing more than $9 trillion in AUM on Aladdin for BlackRock and clients spanning 6 continents and all spectrums of the financial markets.

    We are looking for a high performing individual to join the Business Partners team.

    The Business Partners Team within Aladdin Data is the primary interface to Blackrock businesses for service strategy, service level management, and client relationship management.

    Business partners understand the objectives of the business area they represent and what the Aladdin Data organization is doing to meet those objectives.

    Conduct regular service reviews, based on data driven SLAs
    Thread the needle across client requirements and Aladdin Data to identify strategic solutions
    Oversee metrics representing the client experience, drive service improvements and ensure projects are executed, managing client expectations throughout
    Flag major business change that does (or could have) significant impact on Aladdin Data
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field is desired
    ~3+ years of experience in financial services with knowledge of markets, technology, operations, or business management function
    ~ High level attention to detail, data driven client management
    ~ Exposure to agile methodology, data management, or service management, a plus

    Our hybrid work model
