THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are working exclusively with a global, rapidly growing, private equity backed healthcare business, headquartered in Central London.

Backed by a leading upper-mid market Private Equity fund, our client are looking to implement an aggressive buy-and-build strategy as they increase their global coverage.

They are seeking a VP Corporate Development & M&A, to act as a key member of an already impressive senior leadership, and help define the long term strategic plan of the business.

This is a hands-on role, that requires the end-to-end execution of M&A deals, suited to individuals with extensive transaction experience.

THE ROLE:
and implement the group's M&A strategya best in class Corporate Development/M&A teamanalyse and assess acquisition opportunities, including producing and reviewing financial models and acquisition rationalepre-acquisition integration (and separation) planning is thorough and effectivethe overall M&A deal pipeline, including outreach to and sourcing of new opportunities, JV's maintain key relationships with existing and potential investorsclosely with Chief Business Officer on key commercial projects and PE activity


THE REQUIREMENTS:
years of relevant work experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals preferredworking with private equity desiredworking in a leading investment bank or top-tier consultancy preferredin a continuously changing, growing environmentinfluencing and negotiation skills
