To be considered for this position, candidates need to have proven experience as a software engineering Manager / Leader and as such have a strong track record in building and leading high-performing teams. Candidates will also need to have experience either of developing embedded products or leading teams that have done so. It would be advantageous to have knowledge in any of the following areas; C/C++, leading offshore teams, Cloud etc.
