The purpose of this role is to support the strategic development and implementation of specialist Health Improvement programmes of work, tackling in health inequalities in the population that the Trust serves.


As the Trust develops its emerging Health Improvement portfolio the post-holder will also support a series of programmes in line with local commissioning intentions and strategic priorities.


Reporting to the Associate Director of Improvement, the successful applicant will support the development, delivery and monitoring of the Trust's key Health Improvement Programmes, with focus on embedding oral health messaging into the maternity pathway.


They will be supported in leading specified projects to completion or managing ongoing workstreams, as well as having the opportunity to contribute components to larger programmes of work.

The post holder will work closely with the Trust's Improvement Team, under the wider Enterprise Division.
