Full time
Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator:
- Progress orders/contracts/handovers from Sales Team
- raising & issuing purchase orders to suppliers, co-ordinating deliveries/installs with client and site teams to the agreed contract terms ensuring order/contracts are progressed through continual review, in a timely manner.
- Collate weekly KPI's, invoice/creditor/debtor/time sheets/reports for Director's review.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport and install teams
- Ensure all purchase invoices are collated, matched and posted on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with accounts team to ensure invoices are issued on delivery/project completion
- Negotiate discounted payment terms with suppliers, when appropriate,
- Proven track record of going above and beyond in customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate
- Construction background would be highly beneficial
