Operations Administrator£28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Permanent opportunity in Caersws

Full time


Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator:

  • Progress orders/contracts/handovers from Sales Team
  • raising & issuing purchase orders to suppliers, co-ordinating deliveries/installs with client and site teams to the agreed contract terms ensuring order/contracts are progressed through continual review, in a timely manner.
  • Collate weekly KPI's, invoice/creditor/debtor/time sheets/reports for Director's review.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport and install teams
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are collated, matched and posted on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with accounts team to ensure invoices are issued on delivery/project completion
  • Negotiate discounted payment terms with suppliers, when appropriate,
  • Proven track record of going above and beyond in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • IT literate
  • Construction background would be highly beneficial
