Position:
Teaching Assistant

Salary:
£13,942 - £15,370 per annum

Hours:
Maximum of 30 hours per week, term time only (39 working weeks) - Permanent part-time, and full-time.

Location:
East Midlands - Worksop

Engage and Support: Utilise a collaborative, multi-sensory, and holistic approach to maintain high learner engagement and deliver an innovative curriculum.

Empower Learners: Enable students to thrive in a 1:1, and small group settings, and to foster creativity and adaptability.

Requirements:

SEN/D Experience: Employ innovative engagement strategies to prioritise learners' needs.

Safety Awareness: Effective management of health & safety, EDI, and safeguarding to ensure a safe environment.

Driving Licence: The role will require travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
