Reed Finance are working with a progressive and inclusive healthcare provider in Bath recruiting for a Finance Business Partner.

This role will support 2 sites; one in Bath and the other in Carmarthen, with travel to both sites required.

The purpose of the Finance Business Partner is to provide financial support and expertise for the Senior Management Teams, driving a clear understanding of the operational and financial performance (KPIs, trends, revenue, costs and EBITDAR).

This is a broad and interesting role with duties including, but not limited to:

Ensuring that financial control policies are followed, advising on management of costs and working capital and that all business development and capital proposals are accompanied by a financial appraisal.
Responsible for financial planning and monitoring.
Alongside SMT, carrying out and reporting on a monthly review of financial trends, results, operating KPIs and commentary.
Facilitating departmental reviews of operating performance and KPI trends.

Salary up to £65,000 + generous benefits including:
