- Oversee the re-engineering of planning processes from customer demand planning to material planning and production control with the goal to fulfill 100% of customer requirements at minimum level of inventories.
- Reviewing status quo, identifying improvement potentials and implementation based on industry leading standard of logistics and state of the art SAP tools.
- Implementation of a framework that ensures updates of SAP planning parameters and data based on existing value stream and future redesigns.
- Creation of key reports to validate the success of implemented changes and to support daily operations.
- Support in the re-engineering and improvement of material flows in the plant in close cooperation with value stream designers.
- Allocation and management of capacity to various LOG projects.
- Leading of cross-functional project teams and develop team members to become successful project leaders.
- University degree in Business Management and/or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- SAP R/3 experience (MM, PP, LMPC, WMS, BW).
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Experience in project management.
- Leadership experience.
- Self-driven individual that can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
