Our client is one of the leading UK digital e-commerce agencies who specialise in UI & UI, website & app development, e-commerce marketing and strategy & consulting.

You'll be a key part of the delivery team, bridging the gap between business and technology.

Your role will mean you're responsible for uncovering business objectives and collaborating with other internal teams, identifying the most appropriate solutions to meet clients' objectives.

You'll write a set of business requirements for customer and salesdata between e-commerce platforms and their ERP, working flexibly from home.


What you'll be doingYou'll spend the majority of your time focusing on business analysis & solution engineering. You'll deliver projcects for our customers alongside your team. Time will be split between overseeing the discovery process on new projects, supporting ongoing projectswith scope change. Projects will involve Magento, Big Commerce and Shopfy and working closely with project managers, developers, designers and digital commerce consultants you'll understand business needs to identify & definte solutions.
You'll also spend time impressing new clients with your experience and ideas. Helping our Digital Commerce Consultants and Executive Team by participating in project pitches and responding RFPs.

You'll bring examples of our work into the process based on yourexperience with the project teams and previous projects, reinforcing our position and bringing credibility to customers.

Leaning on your experience you'll mock up proof-of-concepts demonstrating an understanding of the business problems and valdating our technicaland platform credentials.

Last but not least, there's a big focus on personal development and our client thinks learning is incredibly important. Time will be spent learning about other ways of defining and delivering projects.

What experience you'll need:


  • 3+ years of business analysis, consulting or software architecture experience
  • A strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, data flows and architecture (the role of PIM, ERP, WMS, multichannel, inventory considerations etc.)
  • Experience with one or more ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopware, Shopify, BigCommerce, CommerceTools etc.
  • Ability to deal directly with nontechnical stakeholders
  • Motivated with demonstrable technical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, commitment and desire to complete a high standard of work
  • Advanced time management skills with the ability to manage own tasks to agreed timelines
  • Experience presenting ideas and proposals to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of agile principles, practices and approache
  • Development experience highly desirable
