Having previously worked in a customer service environment, perhaps a sales, financial or maybe even hospitality background.

You've previously had to converse with various different clients and customers using both English & Polish language and you're ready to step into something new.

This company will give you all the training you need.

Being someone who is good at listening is vital in this role, being able to build a rapport and meet the clients needs whilst working in the best interests of the business.

You'll be someone who is bringing that confidence and fun to the work place.

You'll start by joining the New Business & Renewals team, based within the busy office in Tooting, there is plenty of people to learn from.

Career progression is welcomed within this business, so much so they'll put you on nationally recognised qualification within the insurance industry called the Cert CII, all paid for of course.

You're also someone who doesn't mind working the odd Saturday morning, the team all take it in turns to help out every other Saturday morning 9.00am-12pm.

But you also get that time off in lieu which is always a bonus
