We are currently recruiting for our Manchester Branch.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at PureTech Security. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Manchester branch.

This includes managing the branch team, ensuring excellent customer service, promoting and selling our security products, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, monitoring branch performance, and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Qualifications/ Requirements Experience in the electronic security industry is desirable, but not essential if experienced in a similar role, with transferrable skills.

Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
Knowledge of CCTV, security systems, and smart home products (desirable).An interest in technology.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience in team development and performance management.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
