IR Coordinator - Private Equity


We are working with one of the worlds most successful Private Equity firms to find a key hire, based out of their London office but working for the global Investor Relations team.


You will be joining as a sales/CRM coordinator and your remit will be to support the IR/Investor Marketing team with data, CRM and admin tasks to assist them in ensuring their success and that all relevant data is captured and analyzed appropriately.


Your duties will include:
Update the Salesforce database with meeting notes, key contacts, contact details and all follow up actions
Generate reports from the CRM using Excel broken down in a variety of methods as required
Take notes in meetings
Provide information, diligence packs, dataroom links and other relevant materials directly to potential investors
Create and distribute meeting agendas
Assist in creating marketing plans including fund and investor research

You:
You will have 1-3 years experience within a similar role
Knowledge of private equity or broader financial services
Salesforce knowledge a distinct advantage but otherwise deep knowledge of other CRM and heavy database management is essential
Bright, inquisitive forward thinking, able to work independently and as part of a high performing global team
Advanced MS Office in particular Excel and ability to create high quality reports, charts and graphs
Experience with fast accurate and detailed note taking and logging
Confidence in front of and corresponding with clients and investors (but not required to lead)
