The Role
As a part of a passionate, enthusiastic and driven team, Customer Account Handler will be the first point of contact for all sales opportunities at Homewise.
You will provide customers with details of our products and services whilst capturing information which will determine if our products might be suitable.
The basic salary for this role is £25,000, with a total of £28,500 OTE.
This role provides a clear progression path to the more senior Customer Account Manager role.
In this role you will be:
- Generating valuations with partner agents for customers who require one.
- Providing customers with details of products and services bespoke to their position in the Homewise sales journey.
- Gaining commitment from your customers to move to the next stage. Ensuring our product suits their needs and is a viable option for them.
- Consulting with key stakeholders and coordinating with the Customer Account Manager's diaries for optimum efficiency.
- Developing great relationships with all your customers, understand their goals and aspirations. Create original and pragmatic solutions to overcome any objections stopping the customer achieving their goals.
- Referring to the call flow when discussing plan details with customers. Using call flows to discuss our products with your customers at the earliest stages of the customer journey.
- Update company CRM after every customer interaction with relevant, accurate notes that reflect conversations had with your customers.
- Gaining commitment from your customers to our products and own all your customer interactions. Representing the company values, compliance policies and principles in every interaction.
- Overcoming and responding to objections raised by customers. Be proactive and pragmatic with finding solutions.
- Passing all quality and compliance elements required of your role.
Experience and Qualifications
Customer Account Handler
will have:
- Experience of working in sales environment.
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the telephone in a target driven environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, especially over the telephone.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour.
- A proactive nature.
Customer Account Handler
will ideally have:
- Telephone and video-based sales experience.
- Experience of working in the property industry.
- Experience working in an FCA environment.
- MS Dynamics knowledge and experience.
