    Due to a successful internal move, we are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our People Team.

    Title: RecruitmentManager

    Salary: £38,000 per annum

    Contract: 9 months fixed term, full-time

    Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

    Location: Hybrid*, withhead office in Hampstead, London

    Reporting into the Head of People Development and working closely with the wider people team and key stakeholders, this exciting role will lead and develop the recruitment process at Anthony Nolan to ensure we attract and recruit the very best talent in the best way.

    You will:

    • Establish solid relationships with all hiring managers and support them to plan and conduct smooth recruitment and selection processes.
    • Ensure that we have robust processes in place to measure, evaluate and report on all activities in order to drive improvements.
    • Maximise the use and effectiveness of our ATS to complement all recruitment stages.
    • Collaborate with and support our HRBPs - adding value to divisional recruitment needs.
    • Continuously coach and support the recruitment skills development of our hiring managers that add value and enhance the candidate experience.
    • Work with the wider people team to ensure all activity supports the strategic aims of the organisation.

    You will bring:

    • Proven experience of recruitment at all levels
    • Expertise in job description/advert writing and editing, interviewing, and recruitment process planning.
    • Experience of ATS/CRM management.
    • Knowledge of different job boards and sourcing strategies.
    • The ability to engage, communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong influencing, relationship building, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
    • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise a varying workload.
    • Data confidence and attention-to-detail.
    • Curiosity: exploring new ways to engage our hiring managers on recruitment opportunities.
    • Desirable - Headhunting experience/maximising the use of LinkedIn recruiter.
