    Description

    This is a full-time on-site role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, communicating with team members and clients, and performing carpentry and general construction works

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervisory and Communication skills
    • Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment
    • Experience in Carpentry and Maintenance work
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
    • Knowledge of construction safety rules and regulations
    • Experience in managing construction projects
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Relevant certifications and licenses
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
    • Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
    • Manage and oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of the project
    • Schedule and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials needed for each project
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
    • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
    Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
    • Excellent leadership and management skills to effectively supervise construction crews
    • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
    • Proficient in using construction tools and equipment
    • Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during construction projects
