We're looking to hire a Foodbuy Online/EPSYS Client Account Manager to train, educate, assist and support all EPSYS stakeholders across the Foodbuy Client base, Foodbuy Supplier Base as well as Foodbuy employees.
You will promote EPSYS usage across the Client Base and New Business opportunities with system demonstrations as well as promoting system usage, within the Foodbuy commercial, buying and sales teams.

More about the role:
Client P2P Account Management and Retention
- Ensure clients are using the system to achieve maximum benefit, KPI management overview, Reporting suite, Invoice Processing management
- Evaluate and implement increased system usage where benefit gain is identified
- Work closely with Foodbuy client account managers to ensure they are fully conversant with all aspects of the system utilized by their clients
- Attend any Quarterly Business Reviews where systems are involved, or feedback relevant information to assist with the QBR process
- Evaluate and implement training where a need is identified across any stakeholder group
- Identify and report on potential areas for system development where a client need cannot be met with current system functionality.
- Host Webinar's, dropin clinics, Module training sessions for each stakeholder group as required
- Nurture new clients to ensure a smooth and positive system adoption.
- Manage any identified issues to a successful resolution
Development & Support
- Identify potential system developments and enhancements through supplier and buyer feedback
- Assist in test procedure for new system functionality where required
- Investigate any serious issues identified by clients, suppliers or other Foodbuy teams
Training
- Supply a comprehensive and professional training provision to all clients.
- Training documentation to be continually updated and, where needed, adapted to the client's needs
- SME expertise provided at all client mobilization meetings
- Expansion of system knowledge within Foodbuy teams, particularly client facing teams
- Develop the Training support collateral for supporting training of new clients/suppliers
- Develop and keep updated the support manuals for supporting new clients and suppliers during start up
- Produce a series of Webinars for clients and suppliers to access covering the EPSYS experience new user, experienced user, financially integrated etc
- Build strong and productive relationships across all EPSYS clients
- Work with CET to manage Help Desk tickets and intervene when required
New Business Support
- Support New Business presentations and bids support set up mobilisation
- Work alongside newly enrolled EPSYS clients to ensure a smooth and positive system start up.
- Ensure the professional management and delivery of training programs to clients and internal customers and suppliers
