- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancies, and discrimination claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for litigation or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Represent high calibre clients in employment tribunal hearings, negotiations, and mediations, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service on high-ticket work.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client service and expand our practice areas.
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4PQE in employment law, preferably gained within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation, case law, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse caseload of employment matters independently and efficiently.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
