This Operations Manager role puts you at the heart of our organisation and at the cutting edge of making positive investing mainstream.


Act as the key point of co-ordination within the organisation ensuring business development, marketing, finance and operations are aligned in respect to upcoming and live investment raises.

Since 2013 they have raised over £130 million of investment forover 100 impactful organisations from ~20,000 positive savers and investors.


Description

  • Own the Investee relationship from an operational standpoint for,from the point of onboarding_,_ to the successful completion of the investment raise. Be the contact point for campaign related queries, with responsibility to liaise outwards withBusiness Development and others as required by the specific campaign, such as operational changes that may be needed, during a raise.
  • Work alongside the Investment Manager/Analyst to ensure the needs of the Investee are understood and can be accommodated from an operational perspective, which includes how this relates to our wider product offering [secondary market, ISA, registry servicesand match funding], and that these products, where required, are included in contracts ahead of the launch of the raise.
  • Provide final signoff on offer materials from an operational perspective and have responsibility for ensuring the raise details are properly translated in the Product website profile, coordinate onboarding including KYC and completing other steps withinoutsourced crowdfunding software (provided by ShareIn), including ISA signoff where required, needed to launch an investment campaign.
  • Use campaign data to provide information to Investees on the progress of their raise [weekly reports], and a deeper analysis at the end of the raise [end of raise report] demonstrating the value of the company to the success of their campaign. Share insightswidely internally to maximise internal learning, and support with other investment data analysis as required.
  • Monitor systems, alongside the 2nd Operations Manager role for ongoing stability/ issues. Report bugs or limitations to the Senior Operations Manager and work with the Ops team, the COO and ShareIn to feed into future platform design for the new TargetOperating Model.
  • Be the point of contact for businesses utilising our Secondary Market, alongside 2nd Ops Manager and clickthrough product offerings, ensuring their website profiles are reviewed and updated annually, that they are invoiced for services and that contractsare renewed where required.
  • Provide cover and support to the other Operations Manager for period of holiday or peaks in workload to ensure the organisation can provide exceptional service to Investees and Investors.

My client is going through a bit of change at the company and really looking to streamline their internal processes so there could be a bit of project work involved.
