Page Personnel is partnering with a successful business who are looking for a Revenue Controller to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is a successful business that have seen rapid growth in the past 12 months.
They are based in Eastleigh and do require travel to their offices but do offer a hybrid model of working.
Description
As the Revenue Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Work in progress, disbursements & billing
- Agreeing and setting monthly billing targets with individual matter partners and matter executives, and your division / departments.
- Provide regular progress reporting against billing targets.
- Monitor billing progress and chase unapproved bills based on pro form a bill status.
- Manage credit note requests and log reason codes.
- Assist with the preparation of summaries of client matter transactions and accounts.
- Regular reviews of WIP with partners and fee earners to ensure maximum billings.
- Monitor WIP age profile and manage to agreed targets.
- Review inactive matters with WIP or disbursements and agree actions.
- Review and maintain matter fee estimates and target billing dates on a regular basis.
- Follow up missed billing dates, agree revised dates, and update systems.
- Identify and follow up on matters with WIP balances (including interim fees) that exceed fee estimates.
Profile
To be successful for the Revenue Controller role, you must:
- You must have strong Excel skills and experience of using Elite 3E would be an advantage
- Have good attention to detail
- Be very organised and be able to prioritise work
- Be able to work as part of a team and also independently
Job Offer
**Salary £35,000 - £45,000
