Are you a skilled Architectural Technologist looking for an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning consultancy practice? Our client is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Technologist.
The successful candidate will be Chartered by the Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
You will have excellent technical design skills, experience in detailing complex buildings, and the ability to run projects across technical work stages.
Liaise with planning & building control authoritiesReview and update design risk assessments
The ideal candidate will be Chartered by the Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), fully proficient in Revit and AutoCAD and an understanding of NBS Chorus, BIM360,Sketchup and Photoshop would also be beneficial.
A good working knowledge of construction methods and Building Regulations and a full UK drivers license is a must for this role.
